They are not truthful. I got hit with a big FedEx bill customs clearance bill when my product got shipped. I have been buying from Alibaba for years, this is the first time this has happened. I was clear when I asked them how much my total will be, they never mentioned I would have to pay so much more for customs clearance. Usually, all the Alibaba suppliers take care of that in the total. I will be reporting them to Alibaba and make sure they cannot do business here again.
